The acceptance notification of the papers submitted for the IMOC 2015 will be sent to the main author on a date to be announced. Please, go to imoc2015.com/dates.php and check this date. Final Version Guidelines

Copyright:
IEEE policy requires that prior to publication all authors or their employers must transfer to the IEEE in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers. An authorized author of each IMOC 2015 paper should digitally sign the Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (one for each paper), which should be accessed via EDAS in the copyright form field. Upon completion an e-mail will be sent to the paper authors with a signed copyright receipt, for their own records. The copyright data is stored (only) on the IEEE server and there is no need (and no way) to download or upload forms.
Final version preparations and upload:
The authors of accepted papers to IMOC 2015 should upload the final version by 30th August 2015. The upload of a new IEEE pdf express compatible file is mandatory, and it must be done in EDAS.
The final version should address the possible comments and recommendations from the reviewers and it MUST include the copyright notice to the bottom (in the footer, on the left side) of the first page of each paper.
Copyright notice:
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-4673-9492-5/15/$31.00 ©2015 Crown

Please note that the authors must add the copyright notice in the footer of the first page of each paper before creating a PDF.
The EDAS checks if the pdf is IEEE Xplore compliant, and gives warning messages of possible compatibility problems. A link to FAQ with typical solutions is also provided. Alternatively, the IEEE Xplore compliant pdf can be generated in the IEEE PDF eXpress site set up for the IMOC 2015. To use this facility please follow the instructions:
