Short Bio
Ciro Figueiredo is an assistant professor in the department of engineering at Universidade Federal Rural do Semiárido (UFERSA) – Campus Angicos, head of the research group on Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Análise Quantitativa para o Processo Decisório (PRODE) and member of the of the research group Project Management and Development (PMD). He is a Management Engineer and obtained his PhD in Management Engineering form UFPE in 2018. He was the coordinator of the Undergraduate course of Management Engineering at UFERSA (2020-2022). His research interests include Multiple Criteria Decision Making/Aid, spatial decisions, geographic information systems and data analysis. The Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) has awarded him the paper presented at the GI-Forum conference. His research has been published in some scientific journals. He is a member of the Brazilian Society of Operations Research (SOBRAPO).
