Short Bio
She is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Antwerp. She has a Postdoctoral, a PhD and a Master’s in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Campina Grande. She currently works in the Administration Department at the Federal University of Paraíba. She specializes in Business Administration and Production Management, with experience in Operational Research, Production Management, Project Management, Human Development and Work ability. Nowadays, she is a member of the AnSyMo group (University of Antwerp). She is the leader of the GPTS – UFPB (Research Group on Work and Society) and received an award regarding her extension project in 2020 and another regarding tutorship in 2023, and is a member of GEPS – UFPB (Production and Services Study Group) and PMD – UFPE (Project Management and Development).
