The XXXVIII Encontro Nacional de Física da Matéria Condensada will take place from 24 to 28/May/2015 in Foz do Iguaçu, in the state of Paraná, in the south of Brazil. This is the 38th edition of this traditional meeting organized by the Brazilian Physical Society. It is the largest physics meeting in Latin America, and second only to the APS March Meeting in the Americas. This year 4 Nobel Laureates will present plenary talks.
I will be presenting an invited talk entitled “Thermal transport in low-dimensional systems: the thermal conductivity of graphene” on 27/May in the session on Mechanical and Thermal Properties of Graphene and Related Systems.
It is a great honor to give an invited talk at this traditional event. I thank the program organizers for the opportunity.
