Registration fees payment
The registration fee does not include lunch. You can find a list of restaurants close to UFPE in the ‘Venue’ section (https://sites.ufpe.br/8isebe/venue/).
The list of high-income countries can be consulted here. Countries in the other categories will be considered as low-income countries for 8ISEBE, and authors from those countries may register at the low-income fee.
ABIAER members will have a 15% discount in all categories (optional activities not included). To finalize the registration, they must upload proof of membership on the Even3 platform. Students must also upload proof of enrollment or a statement from their institution/supervisor on the Even3 platform in order to complete the registration.

Payment will be made exclusively online, with no on-site payment options available in any form. Please note that after payment, refunds will not be possible for any reason. However, transfer of the registration to a third party may be permitted upon request.
The main registration to the symposium and the registration to the optional activities (short courses, the gala dinner, and technical visits) have to be done independently.

For the authors of works accepted for presentation, when you proceed to your registration, please use exactly the same name and e-mail address as the one that you used as authors.
Note that the fees listed in the table cover both short courses If enrolling in only one short course, the fee (in US dollars) will be:
- Until September 9: $20
- Until September 19: $30
- Until October 10: $40
The deadline for registration for optional activities (mini-courses, gala dinner, and technical visits) is September 30, 2025.
About visas: It is the responsibility of participants to verify with the Brazilian authorities whether they need a visa to travel to Brazil. Liability
The organizers, their subsidiaries, or associates hereby give notice that they do not accept any responsibility or liability, whether in respect of persons or property, for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur as a result of attending the conference and participating in extra activities.
